Mô Tả Công Việt

  • Directly responsible for all services at the bar, banquet beverage operations at the Pool bar, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
  • Co responsible for the control of beverage costs in his/her outlet.
  • Assisting by creating, maintaining and periodically update the beverage and wine list that is representative of what the market wants.
  • Periodically marketing beverage promotions to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
  • Ensuring that proper inventory, requisition, bar pars and control systems are in place to maintain security and cost control of all beverage operations areas.
  • Enforcing the company standardized drink recipe and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to our guests.
  • Accurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
  • Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our employee by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
  • Supervising the completion and critique of the wage progress report on a weekly basis.
  • Enforcing operational standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
  • Developing and executing plans and actions for the marketing of the outlet.
  • Being aware of competitors in the market and complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.
  • Developing and implement employee plans on a quarterly basis in conjunction with human resources department.
  • Implementing a departmental daily training/briefing programme.
  • Being responsible for all aspects of employee management such as discipline in conjunction with the food and beverage manager
  • Assisting periodically plan outside employee activity to promote teamwork.
  • Being responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Enforcing company sanitation checklist by having all bar service areas inspected on a monthly basis.
  • Being responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
  • Conducting a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
  • Promoting positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
  • Responding to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.
  • Enforcing company’s principals of hospitality at all times.
  • Working with all the F&B departments to support all requested functions & ensure any banquet property is returned to its correct place in the condition it was borrowed.
  • Performing any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening of against the law.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the direct director

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 2 year experience in restaurant management evidenced tracked record of achievements
  • Good knowledge on beverage and basic knowledge
  • Strong inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills
  • Proficiency in English and computer literate
  • Strong in driving results and people management and development
