Mô Tả Công Việt

  • Enthusiastically greet and check in guests when they enter.
  • Welcome guests to Maia Spa; Initiate the registration process; Keep record of guest files.
  • Offering a parting wish to all guests as they exit the spa.
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls; Forward them professionally and efficiently; Take accurate messages as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Handling all spa treatment reservations accurately; Adhere to Maia Spa policies regarding advance reservation times, length of booked time, no-shows, etc.
  • Serving as a resource for spa guests and guests with questions about spa policies, services.
  • Assisting in managing and maintaining high level industry standards.
  • Promoting Maia Spa events and programmes to guests as they check-in.
  • Being aware of other departments’ promotions and sell them.
  • Knowing the telephone extension numbers of all departments and all managers.
  • Keeping the reception area neat and clean at all times
  • Leaving the premises once the shift is over and make sure that the reception area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Reporting any broken equipments or accessories to the Spa Supervisor, Training Manager, Spa Manager.
  • Knowing the fire and emergency procedures.
  • In case of incident/accident, record on the designated sheet and send copy to the Spa Manager.
  • Knowing and enforcing all department policies and guidelines.
  • Responding to any changes in the spa function as assigned by the management.
  • Having basic accounting understanding

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least High School certificate
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong inter-personality and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in computer
  • Good oral & written English skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Telephone system operations
  • Professional & courteous
