Japanese Customer Care - 日本人TT

We are looking for a Japanese native speaker work in Da Nang, Vietnam.

• Contract: 1 year full time or 3 months part time, it's up to you.
• Position: Customer Care
• Business field: 5* resort
• Location: Da Nang.

- Welcome, take care of guests, and prepare for check-in / check-out procedure.

- Welcome and make check-in procedure for guest.

- Make sure for gathering completely guest’s information.

- Update guest’s information into system

- Check guest’s booking information, make sure for fully and exactly updated booking
requests.

- Selling resort’s products and services,

- Providing resort’s inside and outside necessary information to customer as well and mediating between resort and customer.

Working time

• 48h/week, sometimes have to work night shift, team will decide and make a schedule for staff.

Salary

• 1 year – 2years contract of working in the best resort in Vietnam; or 3 months part time contract if candidate can work for 3 months only.
• 48hour/ week
• 800-1200$ per month (it depends on your qualification);

- Female, good looking, nationality: Japanese

- Qualification: Vocational, college, university graduation

- Experience: 1-2 year at similar level in hotel/resort in Vietnam or fresher is ok, they can train before start working.

- Knowledge: Having knowledge about natural, social, geography and historical

- Language skills: Speaking Japanese and English fluently.

- Abilities: Using outlook, word, excel, powerpoint.
