Mô Tả Công Việt

  • Responding promptly to telephone requests regarding reservations and process accordingly.
  • Checking room and rate availabilities and accept/reject booking accordingly based on availability.
  • Completing and administering all reservation tasks as assigned and in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Reviewing accuracy of the next day reservations and ensuring complete details for Front Desk and special requests, which require pre-arrangements, are attended to.
  • Responsible for maintaining comprehensive allotment lists.
  • Informing the Front Office Manager of any problem areas that may occur in the Reservation Department.
  • Supervising the daily operations of the reservations team
  • Checking departmental checklists and following up when items are not completed
  • Having thorough knowledge of all guest rooms and suites, their location, rates and amenities; be familiar with all hotel facilities and services.
  • Maintaining close relationships with the credit department with regards to credit status and take proper actions if needed.
  • Maintaining effective inventory control and re-ordering when pertinent and ensuring that they are strictly controlled.
  • Ensuring that by effective training and communication, the reservation team understand the principles of yield management and room inventory control.
  • Updating all document related with the materials for guest booking.
  • Recording all vouchers or guarantee letters received and cross check with data, which is updated in to system.
  • Following up any pending voucher or guarantee letter and ensuring that these are received before the arrival of the guest.
  • Monitoring of e-mail received and reply based on the booker made and ensure all the data given is accurate.
  • Knowing and being familiar with the rate applied and being aware of any new package issue.
  • Using the standardize wording at notes and comments an update from time to time any changes of notes and comments which should be initiated and inform related section accordingly.
  • Reporting to the Manager whenever the room rate is not updated in the system.
  • Reporting to Front Office Manager for stranded passenger on last minute group booking.
  • Being familiar with Front Office Policies and Procedures, Job Description and Employee Handbook.
  • Performing other duties, which are assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Arriving at work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance, according to the employee handbook.
  • Overseeing the personal hygiene and grooming standards in the absence of the manager for the department employees as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Attending training sessions/meeting as required.
  • Periodically conducting performance appraisal focusing in employee development.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the management or supervisor.
  • Developing a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.

  • All calls must be answered within 3 rings.
  • All incoming-internal or external calls must be answered in a clear voice and not rush.
    The hotel standards of receiving incoming calls must be followed.
  • Anticipating guest’s needs and handling guest inquires in a helpful and attentive manner.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 1-2 year experience in Reservation or tele service 
  • Strong inter-personality and supervisory skills
  • Strong knowledge of hotel computer software or current Reservation  system
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication equipment, connections, and regulation.
  • English communication.
