Maintaining a daily missing check record and passing them on to the restaurant cashier for further investigation.
Reconciling daily department's accounting activities an other revenue
Reconciling paid out, rebate, and discount.
Preparing daily revenue report, room statistics and F&B cover.
Checking cash sales with general cashier.
Responsible for the preparation of night auditor’s summary.
Conducting outlet spot checking whenever necessary.
Controlling VAT Invoices including unused invoices kept in Accounting Department, used invoices, unused invoices kept by outlet cashiers; informing Financial Controller when inventory of invoices is under minimum balance to order invoices for use.
Preparing Output VAT Tax Report and Invoice Tax Report monthly.
Carrying out physical counts of inventories, tools, equipments and fixed assets at the end of the month as required.
Performing other duties as assigned by the management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

At least Bachelor degree in Accounting or Auditor
At least 2 year experience in Accounting and/or Outlet Cashier
Analytical, organized, and detailed
Strong inter-personality skills
Basic in English communication
