Mô Tả Công Việt

  • Directly responsible for all restaurants and beverage areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel and add the finishing touch to our guest experience.
  • Maximizing revenue of each outlet.
  • Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our employees by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
  • Developing & enforcing standards, policies & procedures in the restaurants & beverage areas.
  • Achieving departmental budget goals by maintaining efficient cost expenditure.
  • Ensuring that supervisors have basic understanding and are responsible for the department profit & loss statement.
  • Ensuring that departments are accurately forecast business demands on a weekly basis to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
  • Ensuring the efficient scheduling of supervisors, captains and employees.
  • Supervising completion and critique of wage progress report on a weekly basis.
  • Developing and executing plans/actions for the marketing of restaurant outlet offerings.
  • Developing and implementing manager, supervisor training plans on a quarterly basis in conjunction with the human resources department.
  • Supporting the departmental daily training programmes.
  • Training subordinate managers and supervisors and the correct process of progressive discipline.
  • Ensuring that all managers and employees follow all job safety regulations and that all hazards are reported to concerned departments.
  • Ensuring that departments are responsible for asset management of outlet property & facilities.
  • Ensuring that departments conduct a maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
  • Promoting positive inter-department relations through candid communication & cooperation.
  • Responding to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in the appropriate manner.
  • Enforcing standard sanitation checklist by having all restaurants inspected on a monthly basis.

  • Performing other duties as assigned by the senior management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 5 year experience in restaurant management with evidenced tracked record of achievements
  • Strong inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills
  • Flexible, outgoing, open minded and always with a smile
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, team builder and problem solver
  • Strong leadership, administrative  and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of international and Asian cuisine, cocktails and wines
  • Punctual and dynamic, Positive and proactive personality
  • Proficiency in English and computer literate
  • Good public speaking skill (track record of presentation or public speaking training course)
  • Strong in driving results and people management and development
  • Passionate about Food and Beverage, the service industry & hospitality in general
