Mô Tả Công Việt

  • Monitoring and handling guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction, as well as refreshing and developing treatments.
  • Checking the reception area and all spa booking sheets.
  • Checking the music system and air-condition.
  • Identifying and solving problems in a professional manner.
  • Checking the spa areas to ensure standards.
  • Checking over the grooming of all therapists.
  • Refreshing / Developing treatments when guest comments are suitable (communicate this with Spa Manager).
  • Check the reception area and all spa booking sheets.
  • Check that all lights are switched off and that the door are locked up or closed.
  • Attending and participating in training sessions/meetings as required.
  • Assisting instructors to complete the job assignments in a safe and professional manner using proper safety techniques.
  • Assisting in maintaining and cleaning spa utensils and equipment in the gym area.
  • Assisting in maintaining highly motivated and well-trained instructors.
  • Assisting in implementing new and effective training programmes.
  • Motivating spa therapists to search and bring new trends to trainings, aerobic classes and fitness activities.
  • Handling the entire spa department accurately. Adhere to spa policies regarding advance reservation times.
  • Double checking all spa bookings.
  • Knowing all available spa services.
  • Performing other tasks as defined by the spa manager.
  • Supervising / Monitoring spa employees and train and develop their skills.
  • Monitoring and handling guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction, as well as refreshing and developing treatments.
  • Meeting / Exceeding budgets of revenues and meet budgets of labor costs and direct costs.
  • Being aware of other departments’ promotions and sell them.
  • Attending and participating in required staff and management meetings and training seminars.
  • Checking over the grooming of all therapists.
  • Training new massage techniques.
  • Developing innovative programmes. Ensure that standards for quality, content and variety are met.
  • Supervising / Monitoring spa employees and train and develop their skills.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least High School certificate
  • At least 2 years experience in the resort spa, with achievements in servicing
  • Strong inter-personality and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in computer
  • Basic English speaking skills
