Double checking all treatment rooms and ensuring that they are set up for servicing the guests.
Checking the spa area and solve any problems quickly.
Checking and maintain all spa standards.

Ensuring that there is plenty of spa linen for using per day.
Standby in the reception area.
Check that all lights are switched off and that the door are locked up or closed.
Preparing, cleaning and tidying treatment rooms in advance and before guests arrive.
Being fully aware of the daily booking programmes and be updated of any changes to the bookings.
Checking the next day’s booking at the end of the day and prepare for the following day.
Administering treatments to guests including massages, body treatments, facials and nail care.
Checking and maintain product supplies at the start and end of each day.
Always greet the guest as per ‘Traditionally standards.
Ensuring that guests are greeted using their names at all times.
Always check for guest comfort during the treatment by monitoring air temperature, lighting, and sunlight and music levels; Follow the spa setting ambiance procedures.
Always report any guest’s comments or objections to the spa manager as soon as convenient.
Offering guests refreshments after the treatment (upselling).
Responding to any changes in the spa function as dictated by the management.
Being fully aware of all available spa services.
Undertaking and completing any other assignments as designated by the spa manager & training spa manager.
Do not smoke, consume alcoholic beverages or use unperceived drugs while on duties.
Coordinating with attendants to ensure that all spa treatment rooms and spa public areas are cleaned.
Performing on duty according to the standards at all times.
Responding to any changes in the spa function as assigned by the management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

At least Secondary School or worked in any field or has a spa certificate
At least 1-2 years experience in spa service
Be Strong inter-personality & team member
Basic English speaking skills
