Guest room: maintaining and repairing all equipment, appliances, sanitary wear which includes plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of plumbing, and fixtures as assigned by the supervisor.
Public area: maintaining and repairing all equipment, appliances, sanitary wear which includes plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of plumbing, equipment and fixtures as assigned by the supervisor.
Safety system: monitoring and performing test systems as necessary, learning, understanding, and knowing how to operate safety related, including emergency power systems.
knowing how to use all tools & equipment for job. Must clean, lubricate, protect and maintain all tools which are assigned to individuals including others. Being responsible for returning of tools to the engineering shop in good condition.
Updating themselves of how to act and must act as quickly as possible and effectively in case of accidents and emergencies to protect our guests and employees.
Performing to the best ability and preserving the building and systems during the emergency. Working as quickly and responsibly as possible to turn the building to its original operating stage under supervision of the Engineering Management team. To immediately inform the company management of any such emergencies.
Understanding and acting upon all safety and accidental codes and ensuring the prevention of accidents and incidents. However, in case of any accidents, he/she must know and take proper effective action to minimize hazards, damages and life threatening situations.
Keeping the engineering areas clean as assigned by supervisor in order to work in a neat and efficient manner.
Completing all assigned works in a safe and professional manner. Maintaining communications with supervisors to ensure that all needed materials, tools and supplies are available.
Completing a job order and any reasonable requests made by the management which is not life threatening or against the law. Report problems that are above your ability to the supervisor immediately.
Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Basic knowledge about safety and all systems in the Resort
Good grooming all of time in shift
At least Vocation diploma in Engineering with preference of Bachelor Degree in Engineering
New graduate or at least 1 year experience in engineering
Good interpersonal skills
English communication skills
