WELLNESS MANAGER (SPA + RECREATION + KIDS CLUB)

- Responsible for the set-up, management & operation of the Spa
- Responsible for management & operation of Kids club
- Plan and organize activities according to booking of customer
- Conduct therapist training and set up the Spa Product and Operating Standards
- Encourage, motivate & lead a team of therapists & sales consultants
to achieve outlet sales targets
- Handle daily operation issue, to ensure good customer experience & service standard.
- Design and implement the marketing strategic plans of the Spa
- Strengthen customer relationship and handling customer inquiry
- P&L responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the preparation of the departmental annual budget, including anticipated revenue and expenses
- Controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget
- Continually seeks to improve performance through individual efforts and with the assistance of others.
- Seeks feedback on performance and focuses on areas of shortfall.
- Assist in planning for future staffing needs

- Therapist certificate is mandatory
- 2 years related experience including 1 year experience in SPA operation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Creative and active
- Problem solving and organizational abilities
- Fluent English speaking & writing.
